Joe Williams is CEO of Joe Williams Communications, Inc., a 20-year-old research, strategic planning and training firm. Joe’s firm is known for three major innovations: Dialogue in the Desert, the profession’s first and longest-running strategic thinking and planning workshop; Face2Face, the first management communication training program to provide managers with research-based tools for improving their communication with employees; and ComLINK, the profession’s first research analysis process that actually links communication to bottom-line business performance.
His clients include General Dynamics, Chevron, Sabre, Public Service New Hampshire, McGraw-Hill, National City and Merck, among others. Joe holds 12 IABC Gold Quills and more than 100 awards from other national organizations. He has been a frequent speaker at IABC and other industry conferences.
