My passion for measurement started 20 years ago. That’s when a boss said, “We need an article that will boost people’s morale!” I thought, “How can we do that?” Then, “How would we know it worked?” More than 20 years later those questions still drive me as principal of English Communications. We help companies measure the effectiveness and maximize the impact of communications. Our clients come from such industries as pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance and chemical. I have an MS in Communications Management from Syracuse’s Newhouse School and am accredited by IABC. I served on IABC boards in San Francisco, Philadelphia and New Jersey, and was named New Jersey IABC’s Volunteer of the Year in 2005.
